SHIPPING & TRACKING
What destinations does Bootycoach ship to?
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. While our focus is on domestic shipping, we may accommodate international orders on a case-by-case basis.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If there are any issues with your shipping address, we will contact you for resolution.
What shipping methods and delivery times do you offer within the UK?
We offer Standard Shipping with delivery within 3-5 business days and Express Shipping with delivery within 1-2 business days for orders within the UK.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's status.
Does Bootycoach ship internationally?
While we primarily focus on domestic shipping, we may accommodate international orders upon request.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Recipients are responsible for these additional charges.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.
How do I return a product?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £50 to ensure safe return delivery. To return a product, mail it to: Bootycoach, [Your Address].
What items are eligible for returns?
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for returns.
Gift cards, downloadable software products, and health and personal care items cannot be returned.
Can I exchange an item?
We only offer exchanges if they are defective or damaged. Shipping times for exchanged products vary based on location. Contact us at support@bootycoach.com to initiate an exchange.
How are refunds processed??
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
What should I do if I haven't received my refund?
